Murphy Harpst Earns High Grades on State Scorecard
The Murphy-Harpst Residential Program earned 96.99% and the Specialized Foster Care Program earned 101.99% from the State of Georgia on performance-based measures for the quarter ending June 30, 2013. The evaluation is completed quarterly by the Department of Human Resources and the Department of Family and Children’s Services’ Office of Provider Management.
Criteria include the over well-being of young people served with specific areas that include safety outcomes, staff training, incident reports, placement stability, medical outcomes, and academic support.
Bonus points are also awarded, which accounts for the Specialized Foster Care Program’s score above 100%.
